1. General

Thank you for shopping with us. We sincerely make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and matches your expectations. This Notice outlines the circumstances in which we can offer a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Made-to-order T-Shirts

All of our t-shirts are made to order, specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or no longer wants a product. Please check size guides carefully before placing an order.

3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We will accept requests for a return or replacement if :

• The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item is received.

In such cases, please email us within 15 days of receiving your order at support@fabfactor.store, including :

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product showing the defect or problem.

4. Returns Not Accepted

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for :

• Incorrect sizing (please refer to the size chart provided on each product page).
• Incorrect color selection.
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after shipping.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to resell returned items.

Please also note : Due to differences in device displays (on phones, laptops, tablets or monitors), its possible colors may appear slightly different. Screen brightness, night mode, other color settings and ambient lighting can all affect how colors are perceived. If such minor variations occur, they are not considered defects per se in normal retail, albeit very rarely an issue.

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose from :

• A replacement item sent to you at no cost.
• A full refund to your original method of payment.

We aim to process valid claims promptly within 5–10 business days. If for any reason you were still not happy with the purchase, please email us with further explanation.

6. Shipping and Free Returns

If we ask you to return an item, the return shipping will be free — we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Most of the time, you won’t need to send anything back at all; we’ll simply arrange a replacement or refund based on your photos and description. Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer or printer without our prior approval, as this may delay your resolution.

This makes the scope of “sell” extremely broad and, given the uses for Personal Information openly described at 2.4 above, this may bring us under scope of sale and therefore we list the following categories used in CCPA, albeit for value in return only from other third party categories (next section refers).

4.7  Sale of Personal Information of minors under 16 years of age

5. The right not to be discriminated against. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of Your consumer’s rights, including by –

4.9  Exercising Your CCPA data protection rights

Our website store is hosted by SiteGround Inc in the USA. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell Our products and services to you. The Personal Information is held on their web servers and is only accessible by Us.
